The Coach's Aide - Trainer’s and Champion’s Editions

You do not need to use the Video Recorder or any special equipment to use the the Practice Analyst in the Coach’s Aide.  The Practice Analyst can use AVI or MPEG video clips created by most digital cameras and camcorders.
However, if you have a digital camcorder or camera that can be connencted to send a live video to your computer, you can use the Video Recorder to capture short video clips and analyze an athlete's technique on the spot!
  • Capture video:  Record video clips by connecting a digital camcorder to your laptop or desktop computer.
  • Compress captured video:  Save the video captured from the camcorder in a compressed AVI file to save disk space.
  • Get immediate feedback:  Automatically open captured video clips in the Practice Analyst for immediate analysis.  For example, after recording a video clip of your golf swing, it can automatically be loaded so that you can telestrate and analyze your swing plane.
  • Self-timer:  A self-timer allows you to record video clips of your own technique if you are working on your own.

  • Telestrate lines over live video:  Still can’t get the feel of the proper golf swing?  Try drawing your swing plane over the live camera feed to see how it feels to be in the correct position as you practice your swing.

See the Technical Information page on our website for more information on equipment requirements for using the Video Recorder.

Use the Coach's Aide for any sport - soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, football, volleyball, hockey, tennis, lacrosse or golf!
